Application and Registration Process
NEW FAMILIES
Fall 2010

STEP 1
Please visit us at the www.ParentMap.com Education Fair on Tuesday September 29th 2009 OR one of our Open House Dates:
Saturday January 16th 2010 at 10am OR Saturday February 27th 2010 at 10am. There will be a presentation and a tour and plenty of time for questions and answers. This is not the most appropriate time to bring your child (see step 2)

STEP 2
After the Open House schedule an Observation. This is the time for you and your child to spend the morning with us in the classroom so you can see what we do and how we do it. It’s also an opportunity for us to see your child in our environment and answer any additional questions you may have.

STEP 3
After you have done an observation you may submit an application - we want to make sure that you are confident that this is the place you want to be. There is a $50 application fee that is non-refundable. Applications are due postmarked by MONDAY MARCH 1st 2010. Observations are scheduled Monday thru Friday at 9am or 9:30am. Babies are welcome and you can stay for as long or short a time as you like.

STEP 4
Notifications will be sent out by March 31st.

STEP 5
If you are offered a space there is a $150 registration fee that is non-refundable to secure your spot. Your confirmation will be due postmarked by Friday April 16th

STEP 6
Once you have accepted your spot you will be sent a Registration Packet. Complete all the Registration forms and tuition contract and return by August 1st along with September’s tuition which is non-refundable.
